Katie Woods, MD, MPH, is a Family Medicine physician. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine, as well as, the UAB School of Public Health, and completed her residency with UAB’s Huntsville Family Medicine Residency Program. She treats a wide variety of acute sicknesses and chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD and hypothyroidism, among others.
Dr. Woods is a native of Pisgah, Alabama, and a graduate of Pisgah High School. She’s passionate about giving back to the community she was raised in.

This way, I can help patients meet their healthcare goals and hopefully provide good preventative care so that they can live fuller, longer lives.”
